REFUND POLICY

Product returns and damage claims
Within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will be happy to accept defective products returned due to manufacturing and/or workmanship defects. Within 30 days from the date of purchase, shipping errors caused by us will also cause you to ship incorrect products to you.
If we make a mistake, we will correct your completely satisfied mistake free of charge.
If you are not satisfied with the cans we sent, we will be happy to accept your return and refund the product cost.
We need a return authorization, which can be obtained by email (account@jarqueen.com). You must pay the return shipping cost and repack the product so that the product reaches us intact. Your refund may deduct 15% of the packaging and purchase costs.
Please note that we will only accept full boxes of original cans and packaging.

All damage and return requests must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt. Damaged products must be recorded with pictures in order to replace the product.


Transportation policy
Shipping time-If the ordered product is in stock, the order will be processed within 24-48 hours from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders are processed on Monday.
Any shipping or shipping time provided to you by Jarqueen or other parties is only an estimate. We recommend that you order in time to avoid delays due to shipping or product availability.
Transportation fees are charged according to a certain percentage of the region
